About us

Today Khin Guan Corporation Sdn Bhd has established a significant degree of market penetration via its 10 branches which are mainly located in Johor and Melaka. In order to grow the company’s revenue which is approximately in the region of Ringgit Malaysia 60 million annually, the company plans to open more new branches in the near future as well as increase its current manpower of more than 120 personnel nationwide to support the ever-increasing challenges faced by the electrical appliances retail business.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2017, and a major celebration dinner was held to commemorate this joyous event. We were honoured by the presence of many top management members of various international electrical brands that night.

As a major partner for many of the popular electrical brands such as Panasonic, Sony, LG, Samsung, Toshiba and many more, our customers are spoiled for choices by the varieties of products at our shop while the warm and friendly service of our experienced sales staff provides unforgettable experiences for all the walk-in customers.

Customer segmentation wise, approximately 21% of our customers prefer instalment scheme AEON Credit, and the rest prefers cash or credit card payment.
Also, 11% of our customers utilized the 0% instalment schemes with various bank institutions.

Our membership program “Khin Guan VIP” was launched in August 2008 as a form of rewards for our customers’ loyalty. It was very well-received by our customers and thus far we have over 12,000 active members and the number is continuously rising. As a VIP card member, purchases are given points which can be exchanged for vouchers as well as be entitled to enjoy special discounted prices during promotion and sales by the company.
